This Sunday we had planned an outing to India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Garden and India Gate. The idea was for me to visit the art exhibitions being held at the centre and the father-son duo to have some bonding time at Lodhi Garden.
Suited me fine, as N and Little Prince A are not interested in anything related to art. So after explaining Prince A that he is to go with papa, I was off to visit the exhibitions being held at Open Palm Court and Visual Art Gallery at India Habitat Centre.
I must say it was an amazing experience talking to talented young sculptors, admiring stunning paintings and also speaking with a young director and writer of a play being staged at Amphitheatre at the centre.
Detailed posts on all three will follow soon but on the other blog. All in all, it was a rewarding experience for me as a writer, a mother (as we clicked pictures of each other), dined at Eatopia at the centre and generally had fun together.
